At SugaringNYC, we specialize in organic hair removal using all-natural sugar paste that’s safe and effective for all skin types. We also offer lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, and vajacials — and we’re committed to helping our clients look and feel their best with every visit.

What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Esthetician in Oregon (required).
- Prior waxing or sugaring experience (required).
- A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering top-tier client care.
- A natural leader who is excited to train, support, and uplift others.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and train other Sugaristas on services, protocols, and product knowledge.
- Set the tone for excellence in every client interaction — from warm greetings to expert service and personalized recommendations.
- Encourage rebooking, membership sign-ups, and retail sales through authentic client education and trust-building.
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment space that reflects our commitment to hygiene and comfort.
- Provide aftercare guidance and support, especially for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin.
- Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure seamless operations and a consistent client experience.
- Stay up to date on promotions, packages, and products to confidently answer client questions.
- Uphold all OR state esthetician license requirements and cleanliness standards.
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly base pay + generous tips.
